The FBI, state police, and constables - who are they? What are their roles?

Hello,

I'm back, the revealer of rogue cops and their unfair tactics. In addition, I have dedicated myself to the public legal education, so that citizens know how different law enforcement agencies are working, what are their strengths and what are its fields of competence.

First, the FBI.

The FBI is a federal agency responsible, insightful and prosecute all crimes committed in the United States, whether domestic or foreign devoted. What this means in reality is that theFBI can arrest you for any crime in the United States, no matter what it is. It can be associated with terrorist or even a violation. Of course, the Federal Bureau of Investigation is accelerating is not worried about you, but they have the power to actually stop and call. If you are serious violations of international law such as drug trafficking, large-scale, interstate crimes of stolen goods to buy weapons, big fraud and is in an institution by an institution, and all serious crimes,You can expect to receive a visit from them. You have the full power of the federal government behind them. However, they are citizens like you and me, and they have probably cause as any other law enforcement agency.

The national police force.

The State Police is an officer of your state, the power to regulate and control crime anywhere in the state it is commissioned, has to serve his powers in his state, unchallenged. He is, as it sounds, the state police! Any crimeundertakes in his state that he has the power to make arrests.

A police officer:

These persons powers are limited primarily to civil matters. In many ways he is like a sheriff. But they can not and will display its powers to arrest times viewed. If you observe a constable involvement in a crime, he may arrest you. Its mission is to be primarily civilian in nature, but they are sworn law enforcement authorities.

I try my best to keep ordinary citizens informed about the law, and all peripheralsinvolved.

Drive safe, obey the laws, and come home safely.
